Do I need an internet connection?

Pet records, already saved documents and local reminders work on your device. Creating or signing into an account requires internet.

Does PawPack tell me which vaccinations my pet needs?

No. Catalogs help you record information. Only a qualified veterinarian can advise on the vaccinations, intervals and care appropriate for your pet.

Does a Pack guarantee entry to day care or boarding?

No. Every facility may have its own rules. Confirm required documents, signatures and vaccinations with the facility directly.

What happens if I change or lose my phone?

Signing in alone does not restore local data. Export your records regularly and keep a copy in a safe place. The current version does not promise automatic cloud backup or synchronization.
