Delete your account

You can delete your PawPack account directly in the app. The account is optional and separate from the records stored on your device.

In the app

1. Open PawPack and go to Settings.
2. Open Account.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Verify your identity and confirm deletion as requested on screen.

This removes your access and associated PawPack account information from the authentication service. It does not automatically erase local pet records.

To remove records from your device

Use the clear-local-data option in PawPack Settings. Export anything you want to keep first. Clearing local records is separate from account deletion. Copies already shared or saved outside the app must be removed from those locations separately.

If you cannot access the app

Email contato@asppect.com.br with “PawPack — Delete account” in the subject line and the email address of the account to delete. Do not send your password. We may request confirmation to protect your identity.

Apple subscriptions

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel subscriptions. If you have one, manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
