Privacy policy

PawPack is an Asppect Labs product that helps you organize your pets’ care and documents. This policy covers the app and this website.

What stays on your device

Pet profiles, vaccination records, dates, notes, photos and documents are stored locally on your device. Text recognition in images is processed on the device. Creating an account does not automatically send these records to our servers.

Reminders are local notifications. You control notification, camera and photo-library permissions in iOS settings. Camera and photo access are used when you choose to add an image or document.

Optional account

You can use essential care features without an account. If you create one, Neon processes your name, email address, protected credentials and technical information needed for authentication and security, such as sessions and connection data. We do not store your password in plain text in the app or support records.

We use this information to provide and protect account access, handle support requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Creating an account does not enable pet-record backup or synchronization.

Launch version

Local features in the launch version are free. You do not need to add a payment card to PawPack. If future versions offer paid features, options, prices and the related data processing will be explained before purchase.

Exporting and sharing

You decide when to create and share a PDF or record export. The file may include information you entered about your pet, guardian or veterinarian. Check its contents and recipient before sending it. Once you share through another app, its provider’s and the recipient’s practices also apply.

Website and service providers

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical connection data, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect its pages. We have not installed Hotjar, advertising pixels or session-recording tools on this website or in the app. We do not sell personal data.

Neon, Cloudflare, Apple and RevenueCat may operate infrastructure outside your country. Processing is subject to the applicable agreements and safeguards of each provider. See their policies: Neon, Cloudflare, Apple and RevenueCat.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app, subject to copies and operating-system backups you control. Removing the app can cause the loss of local records; signing in does not automatically recover them. Keep exports in a safe place.

To delete your account, open Settings → Account → Delete account in PawPack. Account deletion is separate from clearing local records and canceling subscriptions. See Delete account for instructions. Information strictly necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention or dispute resolution may be retained for the applicable period.

Your rights and contact

Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, portability where available and deletion of your personal data. To exercise rights under Brazil’s LGPD or other applicable laws, contact contato@asppect.com.br. We may need to verify your identity to protect your account.

PawPack is intended for pet guardians. It is not designed to collect children’s personal data. Do not include unnecessary personal information in documents or support messages.
