By using PawPack, you agree to these terms. PawPack is an Asppect Labs product for organizing pet information.

What PawPack does

The app lets you keep profiles, record vaccinations, save documents, organize reminders and create shareable files. You are responsible for reviewing entered information and any recognized image text before saving or sharing it.

Veterinary care and documents

PawPack does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, veterinary treatment, medical advice or legal advice. Catalogs and checklists are organizational aids. Follow a qualified veterinarian’s guidance and confirm requirements with the relevant facility or destination authority.

A PDF Pack is not an official health certificate, does not verify document authenticity and does not guarantee admission to day care, boarding or travel. In an emergency, seek veterinary care immediately.

Your records and account

Pet data is stored on your device. Export it and keep safe copies; an account does not guarantee recovery of local records. You are responsible for protecting your device and credentials and sharing only information you are authorized to use.

Essential features work without an account. If you create one, provide accurate information. You can delete it in the app. See our Privacy policy for personal-data information.

Purchases and subscriptions, when available

The app shows price, billing period and included features before a purchase. Apple processes payment through your Apple Account. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue for the stated period unless canceled in Apple’s subscription settings. Manage or cancel them in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting PawPack or your PawPack account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Restoration depends on the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple handles refunds under its policies and applicable rights. We do not promise features not expressly described in the current app offering. App Store distribution is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.

Responsible use

Do not use the service to violate rights, distribute unlawful content, falsify documents or interfere with product security. Your information remains yours. PawPack’s branding, mascot, design and software belong to Asppect Labs or the respective licensors.

Availability and responsibility

We work to offer a reliable product, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect image recognition or notification delivery in every situation. System settings, permissions and device conditions can affect operation. These terms do not limit consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact
